Our Directors
Andy Bagley has a strong public sector background, and led a multi-site, multi-function consultancy team working to deliver performance improvement across the former Benefits Agency. Andy is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator, trainer and author with expertise in leading-edge management methods including the Balanced Scorecard, EFQM Excellence Model, process improvement and performance measurement. He has worked with a wide range of clients including local and central government, the health sector, police, and commercial organisations. His particular expertise lies in applying performance improvement principles in customised and innovative ways to meet the particular challenges that different organisations face.
Eirian Lewis brings practical experience and ideas from both the public and private sector. He is an experienced management consultant specialising in improved business performance to achieve competitive advantage through people. His experience allows him to work at all levels to assist clients and provide and implement practical solutions. Eirian focuses on applying solutions directed at business needs in leading private and public sector organisations. He has delivered learning and personal development programmes tailored to specific objectives which concentrate on creating individual, team and organisational effectiveness. His recent work includes business and performance reviews, risk management, and performance management and development programmes. Eirian is a Senior Assessor and EFQM Master Practitioner with the Wales Quality Centre, and has worked as an assessor for the Wales Quality Award since 1998.
Our Associate Business Directors
Our Associate Business Directors support our continuing business development and lead many of our projects with clients.
Dr. Mike Perides has a doctorate in organisational culture, an honours degree in psychology and a Master of Arts degree in sociology. His expertise lies in the influence of organisational cultures on performance and in ways to address this to deliver improved results. He has been involved in designing tools that enable organisations to manage their performance and make the best use of their resources through developing productive and creative partnerships. Mike has particular experience in the fields of health and social care and is retained by several local authorities as a consultant reviewing complaints made by social services users. He is also an EFQM-licensed assessor, chair of the EFQM European Health Sector Group and has been involved in promoting the EFQM Excellence Model within the public sector for many years.
Chris Webbley has 20 years' experience as a practising leader, coach and mentor to senior executives in large and small organisations in the private sector, national and local government and not-for-profit organisations. Up to early 2001 Chris worked for BT where he held a number of posts including leading a team for BT's European Quality Award Prize-winning applications in 1996 and 1997 and subsequently as Group Manager for Innovation and Creativity. Chris's experience since then has covered training and consultancy work putting excellence principles into practice in a wide range of different organisations. Chris is qualified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and has worked directly with Dr Edward de Bono in the fields of creativity and innovation.
Mark Webster has over 30 years experience in industry. He spent the first 28 years working in the telecoms industry, in which he held many and various operational and general managerial posts, both in the UK and abroad. He contributed to many new developments in the telecoms industry including the introduction of mobile (cellular) phone technology and high speed data communications. He currently runs a business consultancy and training company. Mark is particularly interested and involved in business strategy development and implementation, business performance measurement and improvement, process development and improvement, project management and the management of change. He has been actively involved with the EFQM over the last 15 years and was responsible for the 1999 review of the EFQM Model and for the development of the RADAR assessment methodology. He has performed numerous assessments for European and UK Awards and nowadays is a mentor for the EFQM and a senior member of their training faculty.
