TEAL Consulting Limited is an independent company led by its two directors. We have offices in Leeds and Surrey.
TEAL supports clients Towards Excellence, Achievement and Learning. We formed in 1999 to bring together a range of skills, experience, ideas and expertise in the belief that we can better the services offered by other consultancy organisations. Since our formation, we have established a strong and varied client base spanning local authorities, central government, the health sector, and the private sector. We help organisations to develop, improve and achieve better results by providing high quality consultancy for performance improvement and support for management development. In particular, TEAL has extensive experience of helping organisations to deliver improved performance and of supporting organisational development using a range of leading-edge methods.
